Good SF, like something from Bioshock Infinite, but still, I think that we need to come a long way until this could be done. The cons are quite massive. The lack of water and the process of creating it is challenging. I know that only Earth is inside the Goldilocks Zone, but Mars seems closer than Venus, and even though Mars has its cons, water was found there. The acid rain on Venus doesn’t help either.
